SENG LEONG PROJECT is a leading steel fabricator offering innovative design, supply, fabrication and installation of a wide range of standard and custom-made structural steel works. We have been providing these services since our founding in 2001 and have established ourselves as industry experts.

Fire-Rated Doors

FIRE-RATED STEEL DOORS

Our Fire and Non-Fire-Rated Electro-Galvanised Steel Doors and Fire-Rated Galvanised Steel Bin Chute Doors are manufactured in-house at our factory at 4 Gul Street. The doors are meticulously constructed to meet stringent safety standards, offering reliability and durability. These doors are engineered to ensure optimal functionality while prioritising safety in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional spaces. When it comes to fire protection, there's no room for compromise.

Tested by TUV SUD PSB per SS 332:2018 and BS EN1634-1:2014 + A1:2018 standards up to a 4-hour fire rating, these doors offer unparalleled safety and security. With the ability to customise the door's height, width and glass options (vision panel), we can create a door that meets your needs while exceeding your expectations.

Civil Defence Shelters

We are the approved supplier for Civil Defence Shelters for Household, Staircase or Storey Shelters, Stainless Steel Ventilator Sleeves, Rescue Hatch, etc.

Our expertise in steel fabrication ensures that our household, storey shelters and staircase shelters are built to withstand the toughest conditions.

Household and Storey Shelter

There are two types of shelters, Household Shelter (HS) and Storey Shelter (SS) with specific locations and purposes. HS is located within a residential unit and serves the residents living in it, while SS is placed in common areas of a storey and serves the residents of that floor. Both shelters provide safety and protection in case of emergencies or disasters.

Ventilator

Rescue Hatch

Rescue Hatch is an essential safety feature provided on every SS tower, except the top-most and bottom-most SS. The hatch is constructed with fire-rated, airtight sealed galvanized steel, ensuring maximum safety and durability. It is available on both floor and ceiling, providing easy access during emergencies.

Dimensions

Net Clear Opening shall be 700mm x 700mm

The access to the rescue hatch shall be by a ladder made of stainless steel or aluminium and shock-mounted to 12.5g in all directions to the SS wall with details and dimensions.
